Naomi Gonzalez, Executive Director of Anzu Music, is a nationally recognized arts leader, celebrated for her transformative contributions to youth development and cultural accessibility. Honored with a Citation by the City of Philadelphia, Naomi has dedicated her career to expanding opportunities for underrepresented communities. As the former Chief Education & Community Engagement Officer and Vice President at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, she spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that advanced music education nationally. Her collaborations with institutions such as The Philadelphia Orchestra, Carnegie Hall, Sphinx Organization, Kennedy Center, DePaul University, Interlochen Arts Academy, Atlantic Records, TIDAL, and Live Nation underscore her commitment to empowering young musicians.
